Some of the best moments on a team trip happen when everyone slows down and enjoys something new together. The Hat Bar gives your group one of those moments on Lake Oconee, in a completely private session reserved for your team alone.
Your team gathers around a selection of premium straw and felt styles, then the fun begins. Hats get passed around, tried on and traded. Teammates weigh in on each other’s picks, and help one another find the perfect fit. Everyone is in on it together.
Then the group watches as our hatters steam, shape and crease each hat by hand, one after another. Our hatters finish every hat with a band carrying a shared team brand, such as your team name or the dates of your stay at The Ritz Carlton Reynolds, along with each person’s initials. Each finished hat gets talked about, and the team’s collection grows hat by hat.
By the end, your team walks out together, each person in a hat that’s entirely their own and all of them marked with the same brand. It’s a reminder of the trip, the team and the experience you shared at Reynolds.
